Im in the volusia county area of florida (but anywhere is nice) i just need a name of somewhere to get my hair cut and thats it really i have to stay at $20 and i want my hair cut and styled ... my hair is already layred but id like the layers shorter! and i dont have time to go home and style my hair due to an ortho appointment and then rush to my friends party...ive got myself ina pickle and i need helppp so could somebody plz tell me a good place to get my hair cut!!

Don't get it cut at mastercuts or that walmart place - they ruined my hair. I go to Regis in the mall, though. (I'm in Lee County though)

Are there any beauty schools in your area? They cut hair at much cheaper prices, and it is all supervised by the teachers. There are two Aveda schools in Florida, one in St. Pete and one in Tallahassee. If you are in those areas I would recommend going to one of them. They do a great job and a hair cut is only $13.. Another alternative would be a place in the mall. Do you have a Trade Secret? They usually do a pretty good job, though it may be a little bit more expensive.

It may seem awkward, but keep an eye out for someone who has similar hair to yours that looks good. Compliment her on her hair and ask where she gets it done. Worked for me, I found a great stylist at one of those $15 haircut places. She's been cutting my hair for years now!
