What are some things you can do with a short haircut???

i just got my hair cut really short today, but it didnt turn out how i wanted it to, and i think its really ugly

What are some things you can do with a short haircut???

Sorry you don't like your haircut. Is this the first time you've cut it this short? Maybe you just need to get used to it...

Anyways, short hair is cool because it's wash-n-go...very little maintainence. Depending on how short it is, you can probably just add some gel or pomade to it, tossle it with your hands and you're done. You can spike it, flip it, or try some cute barrettes and headbands. Go to the bookstore and look at some hair magazines to get more ideas.

What are some things you can do with a short haircut???

I got my hair cut for locks of love about 4 months ago. (I had 11 inches cut off!) and I LOVE my hair....I think you will too...it just takes a little getting used to. (I wasn't too sure about my cut at first) There are so many thing you can do: baby pig tails, headbands, ribbions, clips, curly bobs, or really straight....the list goes on and on!

Just remember, if you don't end up liking your hair cut, at least you know it will grow back! :)

What should i do to my hair?

My hair has grown and im used to stylin my hair when it's short or shorter. So now my hair is longer than what im used to styling, any ideas what i should do to my hair? What would look best judging on my face shape or features? Thanks in advance!

How to get curly hair wavyy???

my hair is shorter than that (just by a bit) and pretty curly. how can i get this style? i have tried the whole salt spray thing but it kinda didnt work but if you have tisp for me for that tell meplaeasse

How to get curly hair wavyy???

Well, there are a number of things that you could do. You could use some gels/creams/sprays that give your hair that relaxed look (Garnier Fructis and Bed Head have a great line of these products). Also, you could add soft curls to your hair (with curling iron or curlers). Last, you could apply a shampoo/conditioner that makes your hair get relaxed-looking curls. (Again, I reccomend Garnier Fructis products or Herbal Essences). Fourtunately for me, my hair does this naturally! Hope I helped! :)

How to get curly hair wavyy???

I did it for my friend once and it looked alot like that, she has straight hair and i curled it with a straightener, I think maybe if u straighten it and then try to curl it, it could come out like that, or since its curly straighten it abit so the curls arnt so curly, HOPE IT HELPED

How to get curly hair wavyy???

i'll explain step by step [this works for me]

1.wash hair

2.dry hair

3.straighten

4.apply antisnap gel/cream

5.curl with curling iron.

6.moisturing gel for hair.

Yeah, it's a lot, but it totally works.

hope that helps.

How to get curly hair wavyy???

for a night? wash and blow it out straight with a gel or mousse. *or cream if its frizzes and is dry* use thermal protecting spray and hairspray and use a big curling iron (1 1/4 or 1 1/2) in sections. Pull it out sideways and hold the iron vertically and curl away from your face. once completely done, mist with flexible hold spray, break them up with your fingers and you're done! happy hairstyling

How to get curly hair wavyy???

Okay I have curly hair too and I can easily get my hair like that. I rub some hair balm through my hair then put it in a braid and take it out after an hour. The trick is not to use too much balm otherwise the style goes flat after an hour.

Job Interview help?

Tomorrow I am going to a job interview, the position I am applying for is bike mechanic.

I am not worried about being capable for the job, because I am extremely knowledgeable when it comes to bikes.

I am worried about my first impression though...

I am 16 years old. My hair is in the semi-long stage and is pretty unmanaged at the moment.

I planned on wearing blue-jeans and a T-shirt to the interview, it isn't really a fancy position, and the people that work there were that.

My main questions is:

If you were hiring, would a person's haircut matter much to you.

Also: I will probably get my hair cut tomorrow if I need to, so what style of short "du" do you think looks most professional.

(In my opinion I think I look better with short hair)

Thanks for any help....I am really anxious.

Job Interview help?

No. Just wash, comb, and pull it back in a ponytail. As long as you are groomed, then the long hair shouldn't matter. I would suggest you wear a pair of khakis, if you don't have any, just very, clean jeans, iron them, and wear a nice shirt. Good luck!

Short hair

Job Interview help?

dont worry about your hair just pull it back or gelit down and i dont think you should worry to much because it sounds pretty layed back so you should ok goodluck

Job Interview help?

umm something hawt i guess

Job Interview help?

Hey,

well for your job working on bikes i don't think it would be necessary to dress up in shirt and tie and all. Like you said a decent pair of jeans and decent shirt would probably be fine. The interviewer depending on age does get a turn off by the hair. If it is long and the interviewer is over 35 their probably not going to like the hair being long. Just from past expierence older people think it is a symbol of rebellion and laziness. If you look better with short hair cut it. The problem is the interview is tomorrow. Good luck!

Job Interview help?

Your look needs to depend on the position you are applying for. In general dress for the higher end for the place your are working for. So, maybe pull your hair back and where a nicer pair of pants and shirt that you would be willing to work in.

Job Interview help?

I always find it helpful to change places with the interviewer. In other words, imagine you are the one interviewing you. How would you perceive your look if you were hiring? Also kind short notice but if you know a little about the company you want to work for, it is a definite plus. Also come up with a couple of well thought out questions of your own, management loves the fact that a person has done some thinking and is interested in more than just the job! Lastly try not to think about it as a job interview, but more like a conversation, this takes alot of pressure off of you and creates a more fluid line of communication. Best of luck

New hair cut!?

well, from the sound of it, it almost seems like you should probably keep it about a little longer that shoulder length. You should have some layers and maybe even put some blond hightlights.

:D

New hair cut!?

if ur face is round u can have short steps hair cut.dat's the best.n nowdays short hair cuts are in a grt trnd.but after all evrythin depends on ur wish.

New hair cut!?

my advise would me have a step cut since yours is a wavy hair and maybe u have a thick hair. if thin, u will have to style it every atlernate days to maintain a good look. u will look different and stylish, but make sure that u like the cut desired by you which will give u a confidence throughout your day.

New hair cut!?

Maybe if you look at some pictures for ladies with a similar hair as yours, you would have a closer picture on what your new hairstyle might look like.

How do you grow your hair line back after extensions?!?

I am an african american female, and I recently had extensions sewn in. My hair grew, and is thick and healthy... IN THE BACK! But in the front my hair is sooooooo thin and short because of the tension. I am having difficulty wearing it in any styles because I barely have any hair in the front and my hairline is soooooo thin!! :-( Any suggestions on styles that I can wear while growing it back? And also, what can I do or what products can I use to grow it back... FAST!! I'm not necessarily looking for longer hair, just a thicker more manageable hairline that will finally catch up with the rest of my hair... Please help!!

How do you grow your hair line back after extensions?!?

Use the Doo Grow medicated hair vitalizer (mega Thick) anti-thinning formula. That's for thinning edges and temples. You will start to see a thicker hairline in about ten days or less.

How do you grow your hair line back after extensions?!?

I would suggest you go to a stylist who promotes hair growth. That way she can apply a new extension technique without so much tension on the hairline. Plus that part of the hair should be left out anyway, but in the meantime I think you could go for the pompadour look in the front and a long ponytail extension in the back or microbraids in the front and sew in in the back, just make sure the braids in the front arent so tight

As a stylist, I also have several tips to thicken and increase the growth of your hairline. If you follow these, your hairline should be in tip top shape fast.

Assess whether you live an unhealthy lifestyle or use traditional drugstore hair products that contain alcohol and sulfates. If you do, you can potentially be stunting your hair growth. Switch to an all-natural hair growth product like A Double Portion Super Hair Growth Shampoo and follow the tips below. You will see a difference.

Tip #1: Change your diet.

Increase your intake of proteins. Eat fish, eggs, beans, yogurt, and cheese. Drink a soy protein shake daily.

Tip # 2: Drink plenty of water

6-8 glasses is a must. 8-12 is even better.

Tip #3: Get your vitamins

Take a B Complex, Fish Oil, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E.

Tip #4: Only use an all-natural hair growth or hair thickening shampoos and conditioners

There are several good natural shampoos on the market, such as Aubrey Organics and Giovanni. However, I have used A Double Portion Super Hair Growth Shampoo on my hair loss clients because it is created specifically for hair growth and I have seen substantial results in a matter of month. It is full of hair growth promoting essential oils, sage, cayenne, neem, jojoba, and aloe. For my clients that used it, their hair got thicker, longer, and softer. You can find it online at www.discoverb4a.com. It is great shampoo just for making your hair more manageable and smooth as well.

Tip #5: Place as little heat and chemicals on your hair as possible. No hair coloring please.

Tip #6: Live a stress free life.

Tip #7: Get your blood flowing

Aerobic exercise stimulates blood circulation throughout the entire body, including the scalp. This is important for hair growth. Also, consider massaging your hairline for 5-10 minutes a day with warm olive or coconut oil. It will accentuate your hair growth as well.

To help your thinning front and sides:

Mash 1/2 cup of avocado, a tablespoon of mayo, and a tablespoon of coconut milk and olive oil together. Blend well. Let it sit on your hair for 20-30 minutes. Rinse your hair with tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and follow with an all-natural hair growth and thickening shampoo. Do this at least 2-3 times a week. Within one month, your hair should be fuller and bouncier, without having to get an expensive salon treatment.

Heroin Chic?

I have a lot of people teasing me about looking like a cancer patient, a drug addict, an orphan, that kind of thing. (It doesn't bother me) But I was curious- How do you dress the Heroin Chic scene?

I'm 13, 5'6", 85 pounds (Not as thin as I sound, mostly just light) and I have a really pale face and lips, my body is a little darker. I have short auburn hair and grey-green-blue eyes. I wear dark brown smudged eyeliner, black mascara, and peach shadow. Any tips? (Make up, hair style, clothing) Thanks!

Heroin Chic?

I would wear light colored clothes that don't contrast my face and draw attention to how pale it is.
