Any online resources or suggestions. I have long, thick hair, but I never have time to 'fix' it, so im considering going considerably shorter...

I have thick hair also. Cut it in Long layers and shorter towards the face.

it depends on your face shape. and if your petite or tall. well if u have thick hair but want to go shorter, then i would go for a medium length. because if u go too short. then it will be puffy because its is thick. and if u dont have time to fix it then u prolly wont have time to straigthen it.
